• What does my rent include?

Rent includes access to all onsite amenities and all kitchen appliances.

• How do I set up utilities for my apartment?

Please contact our leasing office for information on how to set up electricity and water services for your apartment.

• How much is the application fee?

The application fee is $50.00

• How much is the security deposit?

The security deposit is $500

• What is required to qualify?

To qualify you must have a credit score of at least 650, salary should be two times the monthly rent, no criminal history, or landlord disputes.

• Do you allow pets?

We do allow pets under 50 lbs and we do have breed restrictions. All vaccinations will need to be current and we require proof to add to the portal.

• How much does it cost to have a pet?

One pet monthly fee is $50. Two pets monthly fee is $75. One-time pet fee for one pet is $300, and for two pets it’s $500 including dogs and cats. (max. 2 pets)
